Policy Pro Leads provides marketing services for life insurance agents and generates life insurance leads. Our services include the collection and distribution of potential customer leads to our clients.
Users agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for:
Calling the leads and attempting to sell life insurance products.Not distributing the leads to others outside their organization.
Account registration is not required to use our services.
Our fees are listed on our website and may vary depending on the product. Currently, the cost is approximately $17 per lead. We offer different pricing models, including subscription, one-time, and ongoing payments.
Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified on our website.
Payment Terms:
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as outlined during the subscription sign-up process.One-time fees are billed at the time of purchase.Ongoing services will be billed as specified in the service agreement.
Late Payments:
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your account and services.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with mutual consent, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and we may delete your account and any associated data.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Policy Pro Leads disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to any actions taken by life insurance agents based on the leads provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Policy Pro Leads is not liable for:
Any inaccuracies or errors in the leads provided.Any loss of profits, revenue, or data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
